About Us

Sedcom NPC is the official property holding entity and legal department of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Southern Africa. Since its incorporation in 1921, Sedcom has been entrusted with the management, protection, and stewardship of the Church’s fixed properties. It plays a vital role in ensuring that the properties are securely held and used in a way that supports the Church’s mission of spreading the gospel and serving communities.

By overseeing property transactions, maintenance, and insurance, Sedcom provides legal and administrative support to various church entities, including conferences, institutions, and local congregations. As a registered Non-Profit Company, Sedcom operates under the governance of the Southern Africa Union Conference (SAU), ensuring that all assets are managed ethically, transparently, and in the best interests of the Church.

Sedcom is committed to upholding the values of integrity, stewardship, and service, aligning all its operations with the core mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Find below the Sedcom Information Booklet for more detailed information on Sedcom and its operations.
